How fast do you process and ship orders?

Once order is placed please allow 2-5 business days to process (process as in print, pack and drop your order off at the mail carrier). Orders ship Monday – Friday. Please note that our dispatch team is not available during weekends. Once order ships please allow 2-7 days for delivery. 

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, simply email us at support@expressresearchchems.com IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the shipment.

Some items are missing / broken / damaged / wrong product.

Please send us an email at support@expressresearchchems.com and include the following: Your name on the order, your order number, and a photo of the item/s that you received which clearly shows the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS OFFERED.

How are chargebacks handled?

Chargebacks by a credit card issuer are taken seriously. As a matter of fraud protection any chargeback will result in the client being placed on the no-sell list. Changing your mind is not grounds for filing a fraudulent usage claim. According to the National Consumer Law Center, “you cannot raise a complaint about the quality of merchandise or services you bought with a credit card in the form of a billing dispute.” Please familiarize yourself with the Fair Credit Billing Act, under Federal Law. Do you ship internationally?

No sorry we do not. 

Do you ship to APO/Military Address?

Yes, we do except for Peptides.

Can you please modify my order to reflect the latest promo code?

NO once an order is placed we will not modify it.

Can you please tell me how to use your products? There is no dosage directions on my bottle, how much do I take? Do I need to PCT when I am done with my cycle? ect. 

NO sorry, First and foremost all of our products are sold for research purposes only and once again we are a supply company and research questions are beyond our scope of knowledge. We really wish that we could answer these types of questions for you but Federal laws forbid us from giving advice. SARMs and Research Chemicals are not FDA approved and are NOT for human consumption. we want to stay in business for a long time and to do this, we need to abide by the law.

Do you sell these products for human consumption?

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Under no circumstance do we advocate the use of our products for human consumption and if we feel they are being used for an unintended use we will put the customer on a black list that is double checked before each purchase. Please refer to terms and conditions for more on this.

Why did I receive an email stating that I’ve been banned and cannot place any orders? 

If during communication there is a implication of human use or other actions that violate our terms and conditions you will be placed on our banned list and our system will block you and decline any future orders. Once a client has been placed on this list they cannot be removed.
